- Create and maintain earnings, valuation, and industrial models
- Write research reports with your findings, to be published to the investment community and media
- Devise and perform your own primary research methods, keeping abreast of trends and sentiment in the market
- Maintain constant coverage of industry-related news, trends, and developments
- Build relationships with management and investor relations teams of your portfolio companies (incl. domestic and/or international travel)
- Interact with institutional investors, communicating investment research and responding to requests for models and ad-hoc analysis
- Maintain a public image for the firm at conferences/events. Communicate the company’s research, building its brand and referring potential new clients

Your profile
- Most importantly, you have a passion for the capital markets, ideally also first touchpoints with German small and mid-caps
- You have an outgoing personality, don’t shy away from challenges and work great in a team of like-minded people
- First work experience within Equity Research, Consulting, Asset Management or other related fields helps but is not required, we will get you up to speed in no time
- You successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a business related field
- You are fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- If you have a CFA or you are currently working on it - great, we love the dedication! But don’t worry, it’s not required
